How orders get to you, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Shipping
- Most orders are made to order and ship within 3-5 business days.
- Book nooks and large assemblies take 7-10 business days.
- You will get a tracking number as soon as the label is made.
Returns
- Damaged or faulty: send a photo within 14 days for a free reprint and reship.
- Changed your mind: unused items can be returned within 30 days at your cost.
- Custom and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
