What material do you print with?
Everything is printed in PLA - a durable, plant-based plastic made from renewable sources like cornstarch rather than petroleum. It is tough enough for daily handling and far kinder environmentally than most plastics.
How long until my order ships?
Most items are made to order and ship within 3-5 business days. Larger pieces like book nooks take longer because they are printed in parts and assembled by hand - the listing will tell you if that is the case.
Can I get a different color than the ones listed?
Usually yes. Message us before ordering and we will tell you what is on the shelf. There is normally no extra charge for a color swap.
Do you take custom requests?
Yes. Send a photo, sketch or description through the custom orders page. You do not need a 3D model. We will come back with whether it is printable, a price and a timeline, usually within two days.
Are the planters watertight?
The planters are printed watertight and include an integrated drip tray. For long-term use with a very wet soil mix we still recommend a plastic liner, which also makes repotting easier.
How do I care for a printed piece?
Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid dishwashers, boiling water and leaving pieces in a hot car - PLA softens at around 60C, so a sunny windowsill in summer is the one place to keep them away from.
Are these food safe?
No. Printed surfaces have fine layer lines that trap bacteria, so nothing here is sold as food safe. The mugs are desk caddies for pens and brushes rather than drinkware.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 14 days and we will reprint and reship it at no cost. Because everything is made here rather than warehoused, fixing a problem is usually quicker than a return.
